Shipping is from £2.99, all items will be sent via a signed for service..
International shipping is available and is £10.00
Items will be sent out via Dhl or Royal mail dependant on choice.
If a delivery is missed you will be carded and the item needs to be collected or rearrange delivery.
The courier holds your item for a short while before it is returned to us.
If the item needs to be resent by Vapesales, this will incur a cost which is payable by the customer.
Please note that next day or 2 day delivery is not guaranteed by the chosen courier. 99% of the time these are adhered to.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Vapesalesuk Ltd will give you a refund or exchange for Goods if you change your mind providing the item has been unused and still sealed.
Consumers should be aware that if they wish to exercise their right to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, within 14 working days, that they will not receive a refund on the postage following any return of items.
Consumers ordering Goods online have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Consumers should be aware that certain products that are deemed as perishable items are not covered.

The consumer must use royal mail signed for postage. Vapesalesuk ltd will not be held responsible if the item gets lost in transit due to consumer not using a tracked service, it is also the consumers responsibility to locate a missing parcel and make any relevant claims.
